The production site of AEM-Special Steels accommodates a fleet of thread-cutting, vertical turning, boring, and milling equipment, as well as band saws and deep drilling machines.

Rotor heat testing unit
| Description | The unit is the Russia’s
only one designed to determine the radial runout of the rotor when it is heated
as well as deflection during holding at a given test temperature and during
cooling. The unit allows testing the rotors with weight of 2 to 135 t, diameter
of 250 to 2 150 mm and length of 1 500 to 10 000 mm. |
